What we collect
When you purchase an audit, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect the store URL you submit for auditing.
How we use your data
We use your email solely to deliver your audit report and any follow-up you request. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors read and how they navigate the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Data retention
Audit reports and associated store URLs are retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@conviq.io.
